Career Champions has chosen three assessments for their reliability and validity. These assessments have been stringently developed and tested, and have written criteria for their proper administration and interpretation.  Assessments help build both personal understanding and an understanding of the organization’s norms and character. Birkman Preview
 
The Birkman Method® personality test accurately measures productive behaviors, stress behaviors, underlying needs, motivations and organizational orientation.  The Birkman Preview assesses the occupational and organizational focus that shapes teams, career and job role fit.  The Birkman Method was created from exhaustive empirical research in the workplace.  Over 2.5 million people have taken the assessment since its development. 

Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)  

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is considered "the world's most widely used personality assessment" with as many as two million assessments administered annually.   The MBTI is primarily concerned with the valuable differences in people that result from where they like to focus their attention, the way they like to take in information, the way they like to make decisions, and the kind of lifestyle they adopt.
